The Letter –
Writing Session
Some thoughts and feelings are hard to express out loud. Writing them down in a letter can bring clarity and relief—without the need to send or share it. That is all up to you.
In this session, you’ll have a quiet, supportive space to reflect and write freely, guided at your own pace.

Scented Memories
In this sesson we will explore which scents bring back memories. Why do some scents instantly make us happy? How could we us scents to help us find our inner peace? You are invited to bring some of your own scents as well if you want.

Symbolic Object Session
This session will have a different theme each time. You will be asked to bring 3 objects that symbolise what is important for you within the theme of the session. What do these object tell you? Why are they important to you? Explore your feelings and values, learn to build on your strengths.
